Welcome! I’m Olivia, founder of Pinnacle Bookkeeping, LLC. My background spans federal financial contracting, municipal and nonprofit accounting, tax preparation, and small business bookkeeping.

Before building Pinnacle Bookkeeping, I supported financial and data management initiatives for the U.S. military, including oversight of several multimillion-dollar federal portfolios. My experience has also included municipal internal audit work, nonprofit accounting, and tax preparation.

Today, I work with business owners and organizations who want more than simply keeping their books up to date. My goal is to make the financial side of running a business feel organized, understandable, and manageable, whether that means monthly bookkeeping, cleanup work, payroll support, or helping create better processes behind the scenes.
